ccording to that established in the Royal decree-law 13/2012, of 30 March, a series of amendments has been made in the “Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico” (“LSSICE”), which among others, affect the use of cookies and the distribution of commercial emails. With this Royal Decree, which transposes several European directives, Spain adapts to the European Directive 2009/136/EC “amendment to the European Directive on the processing and retention of data and the protection of privacy in electronic communications ” Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002.
