HOW TO BECOME AN ABEI ENERGY SUPPLIER?

At ABEI ENERGY we strive to maintain a culture of continuous innovation and progress, as a result we decided to digitize many of our internal processes.

In doing so, we use our purchasing and supplier management platform called Fullstep. This tool is based on clear and ethical values, used in all our purchasing processes.

PURCHASE PROCESS

STEP BY STEP

1. REGISTRATION

The first step to become an ABEI ENERGY supplier is to fill out our registration form with the data required by our purchasing department.

2. SUPPLIER APPROVAL

Our technical team reviews the documentation and begins the homologation process.

3. TENDER

We analyze the conditions each supplier offers us to award a specific work or service.

4. AWARD

We contact the supplier to formally notify them that their tender is valid.

5. PERFORMANCE OF WORK

The supplier executes the works in a timely manner as agreed.

6. INVOICING

After validation by our team, we finalize the process by invoicing the work completed.

How to become an Abei Energy supplier?

If you would like to work with us you can create an account on our procurement platform.

Register as a supplier here.

If you meet the minimum requirements, you will receive an email notification that will allow you to create a free account in our Fullstep procurement portal.

You can add coworkers and associates to your contact list to authorize them to log in your ABEI ENERGY supplier account.

REQUESTS

If you have been selected to work with us, you will receive a confirmation by email.

On the platform, through the “Order tracking” section you can view the active orders and accept or reject those that are pending.

RECEPTION

Whether you deliver equipment or services, you can review the different deliveries in the “Orders section” on our platform.

BILLING

In this section you can issue and view invoices as well as review their status.
